Okin Pivot, llc is a full service Design-Build, General Contractor and Carpentry studio that has a concentration on fine custom residential renovations and additions to light commerical projects.
Our roll on every project is different. It is what the Owner or Architects want is what we bring to the table. We can be designers on a residentail project or a full service General Contractor on a diverse commercial project.
By having the ability of being the designers and or contractors on the project, every detail is thought of and implemented by the same group of professionals.
Okin Pivot, llc was founded on the basis that design does not need to be pretentious. Good design is found in the intersection of beautiful, truthful materials with simple meaningful details.
